Every SomeDad film and live 20-channel broadcast runs the same in-house engineering pipeline: song, neural stems, 4K film, and live autonomous stage. Built across 505,494 lines of code and 3,709 revisions over 279 days — here is the whole chain.

The 8-Stage Studio Chain

  1. 01 · Write — Lyric and melody first — structure, hook, and the story the film has to tell. Nothing downstream starts until the song stands on its own.
  2. 02 · Produce & Separate — Arrangement, instrumentation, and 24-bit stereo neural stem separation (Vocals, Drums, Bass, Synth/Arp) so both the 4K film edit and the 20-channel DJ HyperEngine lock to isolated transients.
  3. 03 · Master — Loudness, tone, and headroom set for release across every platform. The 24-bit/48kHz master and stems are archived in-house by SomeDad Entertainment LLC.
  4. 04 · Shot list & Beatgrid — The song is broken into isolated drum downbeats and 5-subdivision rhythm grids; each bar gets a visual frame (world, subject, camera, light) and vocal-free DJ mix cues.
  5. 05 · Generate — Each shot is produced to the list, held to a consistent world and palette. Takes that miss the intent are cut, not kept.
  6. 06 · Edit — Picture is assembled and cut to the master — shot for shot, locked to the downbeat. Pacing is a music decision, not a visual one.
  7. 07 · Grade — Colour and finish unify the film into one world. Grain, bloom, and the oscilloscope motif tie it to the brand.
  8. 08 · Live Stage & Release — Premiere and interactive 4-Deck + 16-Stem live DJ broadcasts on somedad.live (where chat controls the DSP engine in real time), then into the catalog on somedad.com, somedad.world, and 24/7 radio on somedad.fm.

  • Accessible by design. Professional club mixing and live stem performance should be 100% operable without sight via spatial audio telemetry.
  • Ship finished works. Full-length graded 4K films and 4-hour beat-locked live sets — not tech demos.
  • Zero-cookie surfaces. Every SomeDad site — this one included — sets no cookies, loads no third-party trackers, and cannot single a visitor out.
